Huawei unveils its first electric car in China

Serial production will begin in the spring of 2022, with sales starting in the third quarter. But only in China.
Huawei has unveiled its first car, an electric car under the Avatr brand. The presentation took place at the Guangzhou Motor Show. It is reported by Autohome.

The development of the tech giant was carried out with the participation of Changan and CATL. The car is an electric vehicle and will be produced under the new Avatr brand.

In particular, CATL has developed batteries, and Huawei has developed multimedia and online technologies. The result is a coupe-crossover with a streamlined design.

The car accelerates to 100 km / h in 4 seconds. A car can travel about 700 km on one charge.

In addition, the car has an advanced level 4 autopilot, which surpasses the Tesla system in its capabilities.
